Employee Assistance Program (EAP). To log onto the Web site, select "Aetna EAP" as your program and enter "MYWUCEAP" as your Company ID.
Administered by Aetna, the EAP offers free, confidential counseling anytime day or night to help with personal problems and work-life balance issues. You are automatically enrolled in this program and it is provided at no cost to you.
EAP counselors can confidentially discuss your situation and help you find resources and information on issues including:
- Mental health and well-being
- Personal and professional
- Relationships
- Substance abuse
- Family life
- Daily stress
The program provides:
- Assessment and referral. You can call 1-888-238-6232 at any time and as often as you like to talk with an EAP counselor. He or she will listen and refer you to the best available resource for help.
- In-person counseling. The program covers up to five counseling visits each for you and your covered dependents annually. You pay for any additional visits.
