As an Aetna member, if you are traveling on business outside the U.S. for up to 180 days, you are covered by the AGB WorldTraveler Program. As an AGB WorldTraveler member, you’ll also have access to tools and resources to help you prepare for your trip and obtain important health-related information during your travels. To access these convenient tools, register for our secure member Web site with the following easy steps:

1. Go to the AGB Web site.

2. Select"Log in" located in the top right corner of the site.

3. Select "Register."

4. Then select "AGB WorldTraveler Member" from the drop-down box that appears.

5. When completing the self-registration portion of the login for the first time, you will need to enter the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your date of birth
• The "CSA#" printed on the front of your AGB WorldTraveler ID Card: 
  299440-17-014
• The "Registration Key" listed on the letter that accompanied your ID card: 80112
• Click “Register” and follow the instructions to complete your registration

6. After registering, you will need to establish a new user name and password. This will become the login name and password that you will use for future visits to the AGB Web site.

You will be receiving a letter with your ID card in the mail, or you may print out the online version here.

For reimbursement under the AGB WorldTraveler program, either use the AGB WorldTraveler Claim Form, or complete an online claim submission.
