To enroll for benefits for yourself and your family, please go to Western Union Employee Access You will find personalized benefits information and pricing for all your benefit options.

For this year’s annual enrollment, all personal passwords on Western Union Employee Access will be reset to the standard setting, as shown below:

Here's how to log on to Western Union Employee Access:
  1. Click "Customer Login" in the upper right.
  2. Enter User Name: first letter of first and last names + last 4 digits of SSN
  3. Enter Company Identifier: westernunion
  4. Enter Password: first letter of first and last names + date of birth (mmddyy)

Note: If you selected a personalized password, you may continue to use that same password. If you do not remember what you selected, click "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the instructions to obtain a new password.

If you are a new hire, you must enroll within 31 days of your date of hire.
